Risk Managed Delivery: The Bath Street Renewal Project
The Bath Street Renewal Project in Dunedin tackled the complex replacement of a collapsed 19th-century watercourse pipe buried deep beneath historic buildings in a confined city setting. The result will not be just resilient underground infrastructure, but a revitalised Bath Street streetscape designed to manage stormwater for future generations.
